New favourite things
Hi everyone! I hope you all had fabulous weekends, mine was lovely & relaxing really..just how weekends should be.Today I thought I'd share with you some of my favourite things of late. I like how there's a mixture of old & new things in the post.
Anyway, without further ado, these are a few of my current favourite things ♥
♥ my teacups that are in this photo! I actually have at least a dozen teacups & saucers but they're currently in storage. One day I'll do a post about them all!

♥ NARS Blush in Orgasm, available here. This is another of NARS' cult products & it complements their Laguna Bronzer perfectly. It is a pale pink/peach colour & has small flecks of shimmer in it. The glitter isn't chunky in the slightest & this blush looks so beautiful once applied.
♥ MAC Eyeshadow in A Natural Flirt, limited edition. This is one of MAC's extra dimension eyeshadows that was released over Christmas time. I love shimmery champagne colours like this one so this eyeshadow is going to be popular no doubt.
♥ Vintage Tin from a store on Cuba St. Thanks to this video of Zoe's I've been inspired to explore charity stores more frequently. I love looking for things like tins, patterned cups, china & books in particular. When I found this tin I fell in love with the colours, the pattern, the shape, it's just lovely really! I am thinking my single eyeshadows will be stored in here.
♥ The Twins At St Clares by Enid Blyton, from Arty Bees in Wellington. This was more a nostalgic purchase than anything really. These series of books are what united myself & one of my best friends all the way back in Year 7. In fact, it was this book with this exact cover. I knew I couldn't leave without this.
♥ Denim Shorts from Glassons. I bought these a while ago so they're probably not available anymore. Usually I avoid denim where possible, my wardrobe contains only 4 denim pieces. However when I saw these shorts I fell in love. The crochet & frayed hem attracted me. Frayed denim shorts were popular when I was younger & I'd always wanted a pair growing up, mission accomplished!
♥ LA'Bonic Pure Rose Repair Cream. This was sent to me last week & at the time of writing this I had only just tried it. My first impression; This smells amazing, like rose turkish delight. It also feels cooling on my face. Keep an eye out for a review of this one soon.
♥ Teen Vogue February 2013 issue. I read a lot of magazines & of the Vogues I look at Teen Vogue & British Vogue are still my favourites. This issue has the most gorgeous sixties inspired editorial with AnnaSophia Robb (see it here) & tons of awesome features as always. I can't wait to read more of this.
♥ You and Me card by Kikki K, see it here. If anyone does cute, non cheesy & pretty Valentines Day things it has to be Kikki K. I really can't help myself when I see beautiful printed cards & this one is making its way on to my pinboard very soon.
♥ I hope your Monday is magical. Tomorrow I will be pampered at Lucy & The Powder Room & catching up in the city with one of my University friends.
