Monday Marvel #18; Lush Loveliness.

So as many of you will know I am a little bit obsessed, with Lush. *Ok, make that very obsessed with Lush. Most of their products smell amazing, they're all handmade (extra bonus points) & they are all organic with only vegan ingredients involved in their creation. If that doesn't leave you feeling good then I don't know what will.

Anyway, a couple of weeks ago the Lush Christmas Products arrived in stores! As someone who only recently jumped on the Lush bandwagon this was an extremely exciting discovery to make. There is a wide range of Christmas products available including; cleansers, shower gels, bubble bars, soaps...there really is something for everyone!

Today I thought I'd share with you my Lush Christmas purchases so far. It really is hard to not buy everything from the collection at once! I love the ones which I've used & can see myself repurchasing them before the season is out, both for myself & as gifts for friends & family.

Christmas Treats &  A Pretty Rose.

1. Snow Fairy Shower Gel, $12.50 for 100g. If you're familiar with the Godmother Soap or Bubblegum lip scrub then you will be happy to know that this is the ever-popular shower gel version which is only released at Christmas time. It is described as; Candyfloss pink and with a sweet, magical scent of soothing and comforting vanilla, the flecks of blue glitter leave you shimmering. If you like sweet treats this smells amazing, like strawberry, bubblegum & candy floss combined. I am currently using this shower gel up but I know this is going to be popular & imagine I'll be back to buy the 500g bottle.

2. Angel's Delight Soap, $7.90 for 100g. This soap is so so pretty, it may be a bit hard to see in my photo but there are flecks of glitter throughout part of the soap which make it extra shimmery. The scent itself is a blend of tangerine oil, orange oil & gardenia oil but to me it doesn't smell too overpoweringly citrusy. In fact it reminds me of tropical fruit juices mixed with lemonade, which makes me think of Summer. Again, I haven't used this soap yet but I can't wait to try it.

3. Golden Wonder Ballistic, $8.90. Ballistics are Lush's take on bath bombs & they are fantastic. This one is massive & much like a real Christmas present, when you rattle it you can hear a noise because something is underneath those layers. I wish I'd paid more attention to the smell when I used this but I do remember it being Citrus scented. Once this is dunked into bathwater your water is turned the most amazing blue colour & loads of tiny golden stars are released into your bathtub! Once the stars dissolve you are left with lush water that looks like it has been bottled from the Grecian Isles. This is a great treat for yourself or as a stocking filler.

4. North Pole Soap, $7.90 for 100g. This soap smells sweet, but not in a sickly way. The bright pink section on each soap is chocolate scented much like their whipsticks & the pale pink/white section smells of peppermint. Both those flavours combined leave this soap smelling like mint chocolate chip ice cream, in other words absolutely delicious!

5. Candy Mountain Bubble Bar, $8.90. I love Lush's Bubble Bars mainly because you can use them more than once if you gradually dissolve parts of the bubble bar, but also because they usually leave your bath water looking beautifully coloured & scented. This bubble bar is vanilla scented so it isn't too sickly sweet, just perfect for a relaxing bath.
