The Extras: Bargain Beauty Buys
It's very rare of me to do a weekend post but I just had to share these great little products with you while they were still looking lovely & because I genuinely think they are going to be fantastic. So let's get on to the bargains in question that I've collected over the last few weeks..
The breakdown:
♥ Essie Polish in Absolutely Shore Lately my nail polish addiction has been a thing of the past, with gel manicures I just don't seem to find myself looking at nail polish as much. Late last year I discovered Essie's Sugar Daddy polish & was really impressed with it & how long it lasted before I needed to repaint over the chips. Absolutely Shore is a colour that's caught my attention a number of times being the perfect dusky duck egg blue with a touch of grey. Pastels are usually more a Spring hue but rules are made to be broken.
♥ Macadamia Luxurious Oil Treatment The lower section of my hair has been getting a bit dry so I decided to investigate hair oils. This was one Anna herself recommended to me & I was pleased to learn the Macadamia range is pretty affordable. This miniature bottle will only set you back $9 which is perfect if you're just wanting to try it out before buying one of the larger sizes. I've used this twice already & have noticed that my hair has been a lot softer & it looks & feels healthier. It also has a lovely scent too. I'm looking forward to using this more over the coming weeks.
♥ YSL Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick in #8 Pink In Confidence So this isn't strictly a bargain usually but I purchased this when I had a $20 rewards voucher & YSL had 10% off all their products. It would've been simply rude to walk away. I'm very into neutral lip colours at the moment & this is the perfect pink nude with a slight hint of shimmer. On my lips it is a 'your lips but better' shade so in other words it is perfect. YSL's beauty products have often caught my eye & they certainly have a luxurious quality about them so I was quite excited to add this to my collection.
♥ Nivea Vanilla & Macadamia Lip Butter My love for Nivea's Lip Butters was previously declared here so when I spotted them on shelves in the supermarket last week this one made its way home with me. Its scent reminds me of Nutella, delicious! I find lip butters more hydrating than some lip balms so if you're prone to the occasional set of chapped lips then you need to give these a try.
